By accessing and using the Baseline Consults website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

Baseline Consults provides online tennis coaching and performance analysis services for adult intermediate to advanced tennis players. Our services include:

• Performance audit with match video analysis
• Monthly ongoing performance consulting
• Tactical planning and strategic coaching
• Training structure recommendations

3. Payment Terms

All services require payment in advance. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. One-time fees are non-refundable after service delivery begins. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled with written notice.

4. Coaching Disclaimer

Baseline Consults coaching services are for educational and performance improvement purposes only. Results are not guaranteed. Your individual effort, practice, and match play will determine your improvement and match outcomes. Coaching recommendations are based on analysis but do not guarantee specific match results.

5. Health and Safety

You acknowledge that tennis is a physical sport with inherent injury risk. Baseline Consults coaching is not a substitute for medical advice. Always consult a physician before beginning any training program or if experiencing pain or injury.

6. Intellectual Property

All coaching materials, reports, and strategic frameworks created by Baseline Consults are proprietary. You may use them for personal improvement purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information on intake forms
• Submit only your own match videos or obtain proper consent
• Use coaching advice at your own risk
• Not engage in illegal or unethical conduct
• Maintain confidentiality of coaching materials

8. Confidentiality

Baseline Consults maintains confidentiality of all client information, videos, and performance data. This information will not be shared, published, or used without explicit written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Baseline Consults is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

10. Termination

Baseline Consults reserves the right to terminate service with clients who engage in abusive behavior, provide false information, or violate these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
